Are you being "present" - for example when you're having a massage are you letting your mind wander or are you appreciating the feeling of the massage? When you eat your food are you multi-tasking or taking a break to enjoy the sensations?

In the first quarter of 2019 I am going to implement the five things which will ensure my year gets off to a flying start. I will then make it a priority that I keep up that momentum by committing to a new five things each quarter.

1. How can you improve your visibility so more people are aware of your message?

2. What was your single biggest source of new work in 2018 and how can you find another one to add to it?

3. What changes can you implement to your daily health routine that you will genuinely enjoy and be able to maintain?

4. What can you change in your daily routine with your immediate family that will improve your connectedness eg no phones at the dinner table etc.

5. Name three new things that you are going to do this quarter that take you out of your comfort zone.

What is your big monthly income goal? Write it down below in both digits and words. Now add ten percent every month to this goal and this will enable you to double your business in 2019.
